These terms apply when you check websites with QuickUptime. We've kept the language plain. By using QuickUptime, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use QuickUptime
You can use QuickUptime if you can form a binding agreement with us under the law that applies to you, and if no law forbids you from doing so. You are responsible for the actions you take while on the site.
What QuickUptime actually does
QuickUptime is meant for one off, manual checks. Heavy automated use is not allowed.
Acceptable use
When using QuickUptime, please do not:

- Use the site to harass, defraud, or harm other people.
- Use automation to send rapid or large volumes of requests.
- Use the site in a way that violates any law.
- Don't use QuickUptime to run a load test, DDoS, or anything that hammers a target site.
- Don't use the tool to scan or probe sites you do not own without permission.
The service is provided "as is"
QuickUptime is a free tool. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or perfectly suited to your situation.

Content you provide
Anything you type into the tool stays with you. If you send us feedback or ideas by email, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve QuickUptime without owing you anything for it.
Our content
The design, code, and original writing on QuickUptime belong to us or our contributors. You can share or quote our blog posts for personal or educational use with attribution. For commercial reuse, please ask first.
Third party links and ads
QuickUptime may link to other websites or show ads from third parties. We do not control those sites or services and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, QuickUptime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest change. Continued use of QuickUptime after a change means you accept the updated terms.
